Casalasco is pleased to announce its partnership with Rosella, historic Australian brand for which Casalasco produces now the classic Condensed Tomato Soup as well as Tomato Roasted Bell Pepper Soup, Delicious Carrot & Potato Soup and Creamy Pumpkin Soup.

Rosella has been bringing preserves, jams, dressings and vegetable creams to the store shelves since 1895, among the favourite products of Australians for generations.

A brand synonymous with authenticity and taste that finds in Casalasco the natural partner to carry on a tradition focused on attention to raw materials and product quality.
 

Rosella's Classic Soups

Among the products made by Casalasco for Rosella, the Condensed Tomato Soup stands out, part of the brand's historical production; with its full-bodied taste, it has always been present in Australian pantries, suitable for consumption on its own or as a base for many recipes.

This popular product is joined by three new ready-to-eat soups: the Tomato Roasted Bell Pepper Soup, the Delicious Carrot & Potato Soup and the Creamy Pumpkin Soup. Velvety and tasty, they can be enjoyed as they are or enriched with seeds and nuts, aromatic herbs, creamy cheeses, with a great variety whose only limit is the cook’s imagination.

The new Tetra Recart© packaging

Rosella has chosen Tetra Recart© packaging from Tetra Pak for its soups, the result of a renewed sensitivity towards the environment.

Compared to cans, in fact, the new packaging consumes more than 80% less CO2, as 71% of it is made of material obtained from renewable sources, such as wood fibre from responsibly managed and FSC™ certified forests.

Lightweight and impact resistant, the new packaging allows for greater transport efficiency and substantial space savings during transport, so that each load can carry 10 to 20% more product, reducing road transport emissions.

The square shape of the Tetra Recart© carton also has a better performance at the point of sale, because it takes up 30% less space than cans and is easy to arrange neatly on the shelf; when it is time to throw it away, it can be easily compressed, reducing the volume of waste.
