Innovation Center

Inaugurated on 13 November 2025, it is a hub dedicated to excellence, which promotes research, development and innovation in Italian agri-food processes and products

Regenerative architecture and sustainable design

The building, originally used as a warehouse, is located next to the office building of our production site in Fontanellato and offers a contemporary interpretation of the architectural elements of the farmhouses of the Po Valley, combining traditional materials and modern technologies in a balance between memory and innovation.

A building that looks far away

The energy improvements and the renaturalization of outdoor areas demonstrate a cultural approach of responsibility towards future generations.

Where ideas become flavor

With an area of about 1,000 m², the Innovation Center is a workplace designed to foster collaboration. Inside there is a laboratory and an experimental kitchen, the beating heart of the structure, where new recipes are developed and product solutions tested before being presented to visitors in the spectacular tasting room.

A place to grow

There is also a multifunctional auditorium for meetings, events and training activities, as well as offices and common areas designed to promote well-being and creativity.

Innovation, Identity, Art

From the sensory archive to Marianna Tomaselli's mural, to the park inspired by the Po Valley countryside: every element of the Innovation Center is designed to tell who we are, with all our senses.

The Sensory Archive

A key identity element within the Innovation Center is the Sensory Archive: an immersive environment designed to transmit, through visual, sound and olfactory stimuli, the history and values that guide our Group, creating an emotional and participatory experience.

Marianna Tomaselli's mural-manifesto

Art becomes an integral part of the structure thanks to the mural-poster created by the artist Marianna Tomaselli, who tells the Casalasco world with a contemporary language. The work is spread over two floors and welcomes visitors in a surprising and inspiring environment. It's not just a decorative element: it represents a poetic and visual synthesis of our values.

L'hortus conclusus contemporain

The redevelopment of the outdoor areas places the building in a park designed like a contemporary hortus conclusus that recalls the Po Valley countryside: vegetable gardens with native food plants, a greenhouse and relaxation areas designed to promote relationships and well-being. In this context, greenery becomes not only a landscape element, but a concrete metaphor for the sustainability strategy that guides the company philosophy

The value of the intangible

The Casalasco Innovation Center plays a decisive role both in differentiating our business and our offer and in stimulating relationships between people. For us it is:

Iconic element

An iconic element of modernity and proactivity, in which the tradition of our agricultural origin is combined with a cutting-edge industrial path and the innovative tailor-made solutions in terms of recipes and packs that we design for our customers from all over the world in the Private Label and Co-packing sector and for our brands.

Unique experience

A new experience that offers the opportunity to immerse ourselves in our vision of an integrated supply chain, of sustainability and of the future of the agri-food sector and of Made in Italy.

Multipurpose place

A place of research, creativity and encounter where our R&D team can discuss and create new projects, but also a technical and commercial reference point for stakeholders interested in sharing the Casalasco project in its most futuristic form, as well as a meeting place for our community.
