Basil supply chain

Thanks to our consolidated experience in agriculture, to the close collaboration with local farmers and to the technical-productive know-how that distinguishes us, we launched the 100% Italian integrated basil supply chain in 2025. On the tomato model, it is a fully controlled supply chain that guarantees high quality standards at all stages. The farms that cultivate our basil are already all ISCC Plus certified, a standard whose basic requirements are traceability and sustainability.

Cultivation

Basil is sown in May in the fields of our farmers, and cultivated with attention to climate, irrigation and soil quality, to ensure healthy and fragrant leaves.

Processing

The plants are harvested in summer, at the optimal time of maturation, to preserve their freshness and scent.
