Fine tomato pulp

Finely chopped tomatoes immersed in their juice, with an unmistakable flavor and a scent that recalls true tradition. It comes from the processing of cultivated tomatoes, harvested at the right degree of ripeness and transformed within a few hours. The authentic taste of the tomato, the bright red color and the very thin skin are processed to obtain a velvety, full-bodied and unique texture.

How is it produced?
The tomatoes are washed, peeled and shredded, then passed through fine sieves. They are then mixed with slightly concentrated juice to achieve the desired Brix degree, pasteurized and packaged in aseptic bags. The product can also be initially packaged in large aseptic formats, and then be heat treated and packaged in the final format.
