The Casalasco Tomato Consortium, with its Pomì and De Rica brands, is present at Anuga, the world's largest Food & Beverage trade fair, scheduled in Cologne, Germany, until October 13.
Casalasco is at the Koelnmesse Italian collective stand (Hall 11.2, Stand E028) to meet buyers and industry professionals, many of whom are attending the event. This edition features over 4,000 exhibitors from 94 countries, with 700 representing “Made in Italy”.
For the Casalasco Tomato Consortium Germany represents a key market in the European landscape, as both with the Pomito brand (a variation of the Pomì range for Austria and Germany), and with private label activities for several large chains, it shows consistent growth in terms of volume and revenue.
More generally, international activities currently account for about 70% of Casalasco's global revenue, as it exports its products to over 60 countries worldwide.
