Consorzio Casalasco del Pomodoro and ANVOLT of Parma together again for prevention
The employee screening program for early cancer detection has been renewed.
For the second consecutive year Consorzio Casalasco del Pomodoro, in collaboration with ANVOLT (National Association of Volunteers in the Fight Against Cancer) of Parma, has launched a program of preventive screening for the early detection of neck and thyroid cancer.
The Company, aiming to contribute to accurate information and the dissemination of disease prevention practices, will host in the coming weeks at the group's three plants (Rivarolo del Re - Cremona, Gariga di Podenzano - Piacenza, Fontanellato - Parma), ANVOLT's qualified doctors and their equipment for free examinations for the group's 1400 employees.
ANVOLT was founded in Milan in 1984 to provide practical support to cancer patients and their families, alleviating the suffering and problems associated with the disease. Today, it offers assistance, information, prevention, training, and research, supporting national and international projects and initiatives. It operates across Italy with over 30 locations.
