PIACENZA, MARCH 21, 2025 – A high-level meeting and discussion on the challenges facing the Made in Italy agri-food sector.
This was the first Agriculture Festival, organized today in Piacenza at Spazio Le Rotative by Altrimedia in collaboration with the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, where we played a key role alongside representatives from institutions and some of the sector's most important companies.
Our CEO Costantino Vaia presented the experience of Gruppo Casalasco's integrated supply chain at the panel on the topic “Innovation and sustainability in quality supply chains”, engaging in dialogue with Senator Luca De Carlo President of the Industry, Commerce, Tourism, Agriculture, and Agri-food Production Committee, Paolo De Castro President of Filiera Italia, Professor of Agricultural Political Economy at the University of Bologna, former Minister of Agriculture and Member of the European Parliament, Marco Crotti President of Terrepadane, Cesare Baldrighi President of Origin Italia and Massimo Salvagnin from Confagricoltura Piacenza.
Also speaking at the event was the Minister for European Affairs, Southern Italy, Cohesion Policies, and the PNRR. Tommaso Foti.
