The transaction, in addition to strengthening the cooperative's capital structure, will allow for the implementation of a further growth development plan for the coming years, focused particularly on reorganizing the fresh tomato processing activities at the Fontanellato and Rivarolo del Re plants.
ISA's financial support occurred under market conditions and received approval from the EU Commission on July 17.

The transaction, in addition to strengthening the capital structure of the cooperative, will implement a development plan for further growth in the coming years, focusing paurticlarly on the reorganization of the processing of fresh tomatoes at the factories of the Fontanellato and Rivarolo del Re.

The financial support of ISA occurred in market conditions and the approval of the EU Commission last July 17.
